jboss-seam.jar: determining the version of it

how do you do it?

I think we're using seam 1.2.1 but not sure. This may become confusing if you copy the jar into a projects folder and don't rename it to jboss-seam-1.2.1.jar, for example...

I don't see a readme.txt in there...

Look at the Manifest.mf file in the jar.

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.6.2

Seam-Version: 1.2.1.GA
