Problem with selected items in rich picklist

Hi,

I'm using <rich:pickList> and once I select some 3 items on the picklist and move onto the right hand box I need to make all these items selected in the right hand box so that user can deselect it all at once.

Please advise if I nned to set any variable for implementing this if we can implement this and advise me on any example code..

unfortunatelly this is not possible not our-of-the-box nor using pickList script.
