You see the problem is that in seam generated project theres no distinction between web project and ejb project so im really unsre where to put the file :/

Then just place it in the source folder (your project has at least one, right?)

yes it has but im afraid it contains only things that go into EJB package.
src/view
src/model
src/action

While Action and model are EJB's i think view contents are just copied into war without compilation... ill check by example and se how it goes.

Yes - what ant does is mindlessly copying whole view dir into war directory root so included class wont even comile.
