problem with org.richfaces.LoadScriptStrategy and rich:edito

Hi,

When i test rich:editor in my application, I found if i add org.richfaces.LoadScriptStrategy = all in my web.xml, i get a richeditor is not defined javascript error in console and the editor is not created. If i remove this parameter from web.xml. it works fine.

Is this a bug?
