Steps to update the Seam jars

I'd like to quickly update the new nightly Seam jars in my current application. It is as simple as copying the jar files (SeamRootDir\lib) to MyApplication/lib? Should I take care with something?

Update to the latest lib's (seam-gen's update-project can help here) and check the migration guide for any changes since your last update (e.g. using fisheye).
