Can I use the immediate attribute with Seam?

Is it fine to use the immediate attribute with Seam? Will really all phases of Seam's Life Cycle be skipped?

Yes, its fine. It doesn't alter the Seam lifecycle but the JSF lifecycle. A word of advice - don't use immediate unless you understand why you are using it and what it does.
