scrollableDataTable row not highlighted if only single row

Hi,
If I use a scrollableDataTable that has only one row of data it does not highlight as selected when clicked. With two rows everything is OK.

Is this a bug and/or is there a workaround

please check under 3.3.0 CR2. It's fixed for sure for extendedDataTable and should be also fixed for scrollableTable.
