Looking for built php servlet and libraries.

I get a 404 when going to the download page of built php servlet and libraries. See the link on this page: http://labs.jboss.com/jbossweb/modules/php/index.html

I have been unsuccessful in building this, could someone point to the pre built files for linux amd64?
