APR on Mac OSX

I've successfully installed the Apache Portable Runtime (APR) on my Linux machine. However, there are no builds for OSX on http://www.jboss.org/jbossweb/downloads/jboss-native/?action=a&windowstate=maximized

How does one install this on a Mac?
