      Hi ,

      I just installed JBOSS ESB and managed to get sample application working. I was going through documentation and couldn't find the way to deploy simple JBI component on JbossESB.

      Any help will be appreciated.

          We don't support JBI in this release. That will come in 2007.

            Thanks Mark for quick response. Any Ideas when in 2007? So am I correct in assuming that for now the only way to interect with bus is JMS?

              No firm date for JBI support. However, JBossESB supports more than JMS transport. Check the documentation, but there's FTP, JMS, HTTP and SQL for example.

                I would be very interested in hearing about your JBI-oriented use cases. What kinds of JBI components have you built (e.g. SEs, SUs, BCs) and what purpose do they serve in your overall solution?
                Since JBI is primarily an SPI for implementations by software vendors, I'm curious to see what you are envisioning.
