switch all to mysql

I would like to swith all from hsql to mysql.I try to modify some files,but it doesn't work.I wonder which files should I modify?Thank you.

The version of jboss AS is jboss-4.2.2.GA,the version of jbossesb is jbossesb-4.3.GA,mysql is 5.5
