What do you mean by "the transaction is not working"? Do you mean that there are no XAResources being registered? If so, then usually that's the domain of the application server to manage (or the transactional JDBC driver that ships with JBoss Transactions).
It sounds like your class, from which the connections are obtained, should be doing the registration of XAResources in this case.
