So, for the server stubs, I believe I need the jaxrpc-*.jar (api, impl, spi) - but, a search through JBOSS_HOME yields jboss-jaxrpc.jar ... so, what do I need/not need? -

Sweet, that did it. All I have in WEB-INF/lib now is wstx.jar - seems to work (i.e. no exceptions).
