server slowness

I am experiencing this issues regard tjhe RichFaces-Jboss servers and infrastructures:

-online documentation pages are very slow
-online demo is *very very* slow at startup
-the login page to access demo is very annoying also because servers are very slow, so you loose a lot of time to enter in the demo.
-richfaces forum is ok, but the most important feature is unusable or difficult to use: the search page. I think you know why (you have to find the richfaces forum on a drop down menu of tons of item...).

I know these issues are related to jboss and not richfaces. Anyway is there any hope that we can see a richfacesframework.org site in the future?

The jboss.org guys are working hard on some of these issues, and I have some questions on some of the others.

Could you provide a link so that we know exactly what documents are slow?

I'm assuming you mean the RichFaces live demo - but I'm curious what you mean by "slow at startup". Is this when you first access the demo page? Navigate around the demo? Or your own deployment of it?

I agree completely hopefully we will be able to do something about the login page soon.

Again I agree, and the jboss.org guys are investigating different forum software that should do lots of things better.

So, you have three different unlinked servers slow.
May be the problem is on your side? Like using proxy or FireBug turned on?

But I can't be sure it isn't a problem with our proxy. Anyway documentation is decent. More problems on demo.

I mean after the confirmation page (do you know, the one asking me about account information after login page) I have to wait also 1-2 minutes. After that the application speed is quite good.

For comparison:

Same situation, I only had to wait 3-4 seconds. For me acceptable. But the login stuff is annoying you are right. You know that you can follow links like
http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/tabPanel.jsf directly without login?

hmm - the performance seems ok to me - anyone else seeing this? I just want to investigate before escalating.

oh yeah I know that page :-( I have never seen times like that. Is it consistent? Have you checked that firebug or other plugins may be effecting this - try disabling some of them?

I.e. you have a problem with to be transfered from www.redhat.com (https://www.redhat.com/apps/WebForm/richfaces_demo.html)
to
http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/welcome.jsf

What if you go directly to http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/welcome.jsf ?
