1. Re: HornetQ and Camel
timfox Jan 22, 2010 4:53 AM (in response to tagnegilles)I haven't tried this yet.
But I suspect this is more a question for the Camel forums, not the HornetQ forums.
Doesn't camel have documentation for how to integrate a JMS provider? Or for integration at a lower level?

2. Re: HornetQ and Camel
tagnegilles Jan 22, 2010 8:11 AM (in response to timfox)Thanks Tim for the answer. I have already integrate Jboss Messaging als JMS Provider in Camel. It isn't a problem to integrate HornetQ als JMS Provider with Camel. My goal was to put this in the hornetq-beans.xml
<camelContext id="camel" xmlns="http://camel.apache.org/schema/spring"> <package>de.gilles.projects.MyRouteBuilder</package> </camelContext>
and lets hornetq start the camelContext when i execute run.sh. May be i would ask on the Microcontainer Forum how to make this work.

clebert.suconic Feb 22, 2010 1:57 PM (in response to tagnegilles)I have a friend who wrote a blog about how to integrate Camel with hornetQ:
http://diego-pacheco.blogspot.com/2010/02/jboss-hornetq-component-for-apache.html
He's brazilian (just like me BTW) and he wrote the article in Brazilian Portuguese. But as you can read it through... the examples and his SVN are easy to understand. If you know Camel already you probably won't need to use google translator.
I'll convince him to translate into english.
One thing he told me is he wants to contribute the integration code as open source. I will see if we can import it somewhere.

clebert.suconic Feb 23, 2010 5:33 PM (in response to timfox)Google doesn't know sometimes the difference between noun and verbs. For instance the verb Free in Portuguese is Livre or Livro. Livro as noun is Book, and Livro as Verb is Free. Hence you could have funny and not so easy to understand translations :-)
He wrote it in real English now:

clebert.suconic Feb 24, 2010 11:05 AM (in response to uli_se)We haven't ourselves. Maybe some user would have done it.
However Diego's article could be used as a basis to integrate on JBoss Messaging.
