1. Re: rich:extendeddatatable, submit problem.
nbelaevski Mar 8, 2010 7:23 AM (in response to kiran_20v)Hi,
If "immediate" fixes this, than these messages are likely to indicate validation errors. What are j_id_id166 and j_id_id257 components?

2. Re: rich:extendeddatatable, submit problem.
kiran_20v Mar 12, 2010 1:33 AM (in response to nbelaevski)I know that they are validation errors. Please let me know how to submit the whole form using a submit button without those validation errors using rich:extendeddatatable.
j_id_id166 are automatically generated id's of ExtendedDataTable by rich faces.

4. Re: rich:extendeddatatable, submit problem.
kiran_20v Mar 11, 2010 5:28 AM (in response to nbelaevski)Cause of problem : the extendeddatatable gets binded with list of records, after which no submit button action is working.

5. Re: rich:extendeddatatable, submit problem.
kiran_20v Mar 12, 2010 1:22 AM (in response to kiran_20v)Hey, I got a solution. This was because of rich:calendar component in rich:extendeddatatable binded to a timestamp object which was giving me the validation error. I have resolved this after binding the rich:calendar component to date object.
thanks a lot for ur support.
