Picklist (again)...

Maybe an easy answer, but what is the "caption" facet of picklist supposed to do? I've attempted to use it and nothing appears to render any differently with our without.

It was actually not implemented and unfortunatelly just not used constants remained in the code which confuses the IDE and makes it to populate suggestion for it. :/ Need to perform some clean-up while moving to 4.x
