Session Replication issue in clustered environment

Hi,

I have configured a cluster with two nodes, a web application configured to replicate sessions.

I am using hardware load balancer that performs a simple round-robin between the two nodes of the cluster.
When I am clicking on menu after login in application , I encounter the following behavior , sometime I am redirecting to login page and some time it is so frequently.

I need urgent help. Please help me

By default, session replication is asynchronous.  Either make sure that your load balancer is configured with session affinity, or switch to synchronous session replication.  The former is the usual recommendation.

Change CacheMode to REPL_SYNC.

Please help me in order to resolve this.
