Change GateIn Look and Feel

Hi friends of the community,
I'm new to GateIn, Exo and JBOSS, I need some help to modify the look and feel of the portal Gatein, if anyone knows how to do that in a simple way or have a guide, please publish, that would be very useful.

The guide does not provide a solution, do not know if anyone can help, I've been changing the CSS to change the look and feel, but does not help, please help.

As i understand what you need is a new skin ( Look and Feel ) for GateIn. If so, there is already a gatein-sample-skin skin for reference
