1. Re: HornetQTopic Upgrading 2.0.0.GA to 2.1.0.r9031
clebert.suconic May 12, 2010 2:56 PM (in response to geoharp)It's a bit vague question...
Anyway.. you should use 2.0.0.GA... or 2.1.0.Beta3 if you are using Maven or downloaded the code from SVN.

2. Re: HornetQTopic Upgrading 2.0.0.GA to 2.1.0.r9031
geoharp May 12, 2010 3:11 PM (in response to clebert.suconic)I specifically need 2.10.CR1 for a bug fix HORNETQ-383.
As far as vague, I am asking what class to use instead of HornetQTopic since that class no longer exists?

you could download SVN and get the build yourself.
You should be able to check the javadocs for the name also...
But anyway.. HornetQTopic wasn't changed. I believe you got an error build as you used an invalid version. That .R release on maven was an internal release made just for the internal builds at AS6.

You should use the factory class HornetQJMSClient to instantiate any JMS topic instances you need.

5. Re: HornetQTopic Upgrading 2.0.0.GA to 2.1.0.r9031
geoharp May 12, 2010 3:30 PM (in response to timfox)I am using gridgain and I need to pass in a class that implements Topic.
Because gridgain uses this instance of Topic to access the topic against a ConnectionFatcory that I also pass in
Previously there was a class HornetQTopic that worked great.
I am wondering if there was a replacement for it?
