Releasing richfaces-checkstyle 1

I am about to start the release process for richfaces-checkstyle.  I will be changing the base version #, and then releasing.

richfaces-checkstyle 1 has been released.  I've updated all the references, and we should be 1 step closer to the 4.0.0 Alpha2 release.
