Releasing richfaces-parent 1

I'm about to start the release process for richface-parent version 1.  After this I will need to update project references to this.

richfaces-parent-1 was released last night, and I updated all the references to it.

Alex K - feel free to add what ever is need for assembly work to 2-SNAPSHOT, and we'll release that when needed.

I suggest to add properties that will allow to skip enforce plugin like it's done in jboss-parent.
