Popup menu appears behind flash player.

When I embed a Youtube video or other flash content right below Menu, the popup menu appears behind the flash player on IE 8.  How should I fix this?  I tried setting z-index on the flash player to -1, doesn't seem to work.

This is not a problem on Firefox 3.6.
