Removing the browser's context menu

Hey there,

Is there any way to remove the browser's context menu completely from a webapp or view through richfaces? Note that I'm not using a rich context menu in this view, I just want to remove the browser's context menu since it's just unnecessary noise.

Thanks for the response. I'm using facelets and ui:composition though, so there's no body tag for me to edit.
