spinner dutch input

i would like to use spinner where it accepts dutch format as input meaning decimal place can be entered by , instead of . How can i do this?

So the only workaround at this time is to register my own converter and allow both locales at the same time ("." and ","), because javascript code always generates ".".

Yes, that seems to be the only workaround as the problem of localization of client-side code is not fully solved yet.

can i edit SpinnerScript.js and change three different call of

isNaN(Number(this.edit.value))

to javascript something like below

You can try the code, but this won't make spinner to format value according to dutch locale.

currently javascript is blocking this previous value is replaced when i provide,
as i have string bound with spinner control i don't mind it to convert it on server side.
do u think this will allow me to enter 10,05 in spinner still my increment in step 1 and i am going to use same behaviour through my application
