JBoss 4.2.3 Bug

Hello,

Until now I used the JBoss 4.2.3 GA and it worked quite well, now I user this JBoss version with Axis2 and I got this fault: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-3837

No my question is whether this bug is fixed in this version or if it is possible to run a webapplication also with the version 5, so is JBoss downcompatible?

Reading through that Axis JIRA, I don't really know whether it's a bug in JBoss or in Axis. There's a mention of https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBCOMMON-56 in that issue, which has been fixed. That's fixed in 2.2.7 version of JBCOMMON and from what I see JBoss 4.2.x ships with 1.x version, so I am not really sure if that bug affects 4.x version. You might have to check in the Axis mailing list about what exactly the issue is.

I tried to wrote an email to the axis- subscriber but I didn't get an answer.

Such bugs are really frustrating, I don't know how to do because I can't switch to another version of JBoss.

So I would be very glad for any help in this direction.
