rich:dataTable not rendered properly in IE8

I am facing problem with rich:dataTable. It is not getting rendered properly with IE8. attaching the file for IE7 & IE8.

I am using 3.3.1 version of richfaces.

you using colspan = 5 in the problematic column but having only 4 columns to be displayed below it.
