DROP address-full-policy

It appears that  address-full-policy DROP, drops incoming messages.  Is there a way to make it drop the oldest messages?  Qpid calls this RING.  If not I'll enter a Jira enhancement ticket.

I'm not sure if that's very useful, since we have paging.

QPID doesn't provide any paging mechanism... I think this feature would probably be moot if they had it.

Besides there are implications on dropping the newest message. (Especially with ordering).

You can add a feature request and we can do the evaluation later.
