Help to understand .js/.css load mechanism

Could somebody provide me some hints, tips or guidelines to study the load .css and .js strategy RichFaces components follow?

You can start investigation from org.ajax4jsf.resource.InternetResource class - check its hierarchy and references.

And, what about extending HeaderResourcesRendererBase and implementing getScripts() and getStyles()??

Where is the sample code of the InputDate component mentioned in the CDK Developer Guide?
