go to a jboss-app-server root dir and type this:
find . -name \*jar -exec unzip -l {} \; > list.txt
You will see that FastNamingProperties is not listed on jnp-client (only on jnp-server).
And your tomcat probably has a different version somewhere of the classpath.
I would suggest you to add another jar that contains the class at your web-inf/classpath (and have all the classes available from there)...
Or maybe don't use JNDI if everything fails.
Also, you should probably be reusing the JNDI references and not getting a reference every time you send message. Your system won't scale if you do a JNDI lookoup at each message.
