Sorting and Filtering in Rich:subtable

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to create sorting and filtering in rich:column in rich:subtable?

this is my code :

but it's not working . it only display data. but the sorting and filter is not show in the table.

subtable not supports sorting/filtering out of the box.
