How to add controls (text boxes) for each uploaded file?

Hi,

I am using <rich:fileUplaod> for uploading the mutiple files on the server in my project, but I want to add the components like text boxes or drop down against each uplaoded files to enter some values which is the requirement.

Is there any ways to do this?

Scenario

1. uploaded File name ---- text box / drop down -----

2. uploaded File name ---- text box / drop down -----

3. uploaded File name ---- text box / drop down -----

4. uploaded File name ---- text box / drop down -----

5. uploaded File name ---- text box / drop down -----
