I tried GlassFish 3.0.1 with RF 4.0 and richfaces-showcase works more than fine. I'm realy glad to see this and I'm just waiting when RF 4.0 will work well with NetBeans.
By the way I've got this message "WARNING: Partial execute won't happen - executeIds were not specified" into the server log when I was trying the following page(I downloaded a small jpg file.):
http://127.0.0.1:8080/richfaces-showcase-4.0.0-20101225.051334-141/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=fileUpload
And the follwing page prints some info messages into log too:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/richfaces-showcase-4.0.0-20101225.051334-141/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=panelMenu

Anyway everithing works fine in my browser(Chrome) so I guess that both issues are minor.
