Tomcat6 seam and JBPM JavaSE ?

i know that i can have seam 2.2 on tomcat6 (standalone) java se, what about using jbpm as well ?

Can anyone tell me if its possible. because i'm having a transactions issue.

There are no known issues that would prevent you from doing this, although there is no out of the box support for deploying to tomcat6 just yet.
