Picketlink IDM...

Just want to make sure I understand this..   There is no administration UI for Picketlink IDM right?    No place to create users.. modify roles..   perform self service registration etc..   this is left up to the implementor...     Pickeylink provides the framework.. the API to build the IDM UI..
