<a4j:form tag not found in Richfaces 4 milestone 4 release

Hi !

I found that  following <a4j:form is showing as missing tag in  Richfaces 4 milestone 4 release.

Also I note that <rich:panel do not have attribute "style".

Basically when I am trying to copy  my code from  version 3.0. I am getting these errors in my NetBeans Version 6.9.1.

Following jars are included in the project.

a4j:form is not available in RF 4.0 at all. You should use h:form instead.

1) Take a look at this article http://community.jboss.org/thread/160348?tstart=0. It tells about a problem with NetBeans & RF 4.0.

2) I think that use can create a css class and use it with styleClass attribute instead of style

I was curious why <a4j: tag is not found. I was under the assumption all existing tags will be supported in RichFaces 4.0.

RF 4.0 is being developed accordingly JSF 2.0 standard. Thus some a4j tags is not longer actual in JSF 2.0. Some other a4j tags(like a4j:include) is going to be ported to JSF 2.0 but not in 4.0 release.

Regarding the style attribute I guess it can be missing because of two reasons:

1) it is a bug

2) it has been removed because we should use styleClass instead. style attribute is "an old school"

I've just checked RichFaces' taglib and rich:panel does have both style and styleClass attributes (in trunk). Also my NetBeans 6.9.1 found both these attributes.

My apologies. It looks like I was wrong about styleClass attribute. Never mind about my comments related to styleClass.

Which milestone release you are using.

I'm using snapshot of RichFaces (revision 20997). Unfortunately there were many bugs in taglib in M4 and M5 and that is the reason why IDE doesn't know many attributes of components.

rich:panel is fixed in trunk (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-9942). If you're missing other attributes in RichFaces, please have a look on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-9936 and let us know when it's not a known bug. Thanks in advance.
