Hi, where get richfaces examples of richfaces 4 m5 with database with out EJB??

The only application which shows RF 4.0 components is richfaces-showcase demo application.

You can look at its code or check out it from svn(the link added above) or you can find it in your RF 4.0 distribution(in a folder "examples")

Oh, yeah, there is also core-demo application in RF 4.0 distribution in the same directory as showcase app.
