how can i listen the EJBDeployer

i want to listen the EJBDeployer's actions,like deploy a new ejb-jar or stop a ejb-jar. is there a solution? thanks.

i deployed a ejb-jar. there is a bean called ProcessorManager, it's uesed to manage business processor. i want to send a notification to the ProcessorManager when a new business processor's ejb-jar has deployed. for that ProcessorManager can do something.
