commanButtons are working on double click.

I have created web project of Richfaces and JFS application. I have created facelets template (Header, footer and main body). And i have added few buttons on header. On click of these buttons am calling different page URL to load into body. But alwayas its working only on two times click.

I have tried using both h:  and a4j :commandButton, eventhough working on double click. May i know what settings to be done to work button on single click?

I have attached all necessory xhtmls. Attached web.xml and faces-config.xhtml in previous message.

But on single click of buttons are not working.
