RichFaces 4.0.0.Final respin is going to start shortly

The branch should be considered locked until I open it.  However at this point nothing should be going into /branch/4.0.X until 4.0.0.Final is complete.

The respin is complete, final testing can begin.

The /branches/4.0.X is open, but only for approaved updates.

The /trunk needs a merge from /4.0.X branch that we'll have to take care of next week.  So please limit the amount of changes there until it is more finalized.
