<a4j:actionparam> can not be found in RichFaces 4.0.0cr1

Hello ALL,

why i can not find the <a4j:actionparam> tag in Richfaces 4.0.0cr1 , i see it in the draft document.

B.t.w. http://community.jboss.org/wiki/RichFacesMigrationGuide33x-4xMigration should help in such cases. It's in developement but major component core attributes level changes are there.
