can any one please tell me how can i pass pramenter from one view to other like pageflowscope in ADF.

Dear AM,
RichFaces & JSF 1.2 doesn't support such a thing, but you can download WELD impl from this site :
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss/files/Weld/1.0.1.Final/weld-1.0.1-Final.zip/download

it will provide you with a new scope (ConversationalScope), it allows you to hold data during a specific conversation.

Job,

For JSF 1.2 you can use Seam 2 (also provides conversation scope) or a4j;keepAlive tag.
