To upgrade jboss 5.1 to support ejb3.1

Hi i am new to this java development .

In my project i need to work with ejb 3.1 . I knew that jboss 6 will give this feature inbuild but i want this to be in jboss 5.1 ......Is there any way to upgrade jboss 5.1 to support ejb3.1 .......any information should be appreciated ................ thanks in advance ........

There's no EJB3.1 support in JBoss AS 5.x. Also I don't see any value to get that working in JBoss AS 5.x with any patches. Instead, upgrading to JBoss AS 6.0.0.Final is the best option.
