oneworld95 Jun 12, 2009 11:28 AM (in response to oneworld95)Can you use the @Email annotation if you're not connecting to a database? In other words, I'm working with a Seam class and not an entity bean.

I've not been able to get it to work on my project, though. You might have better luck. -

nbelaevski Jun 12, 2009 1:37 PM (in response to oneworld95)BTW, latest 1.2 JSF comes with bundled regexValidator tag. You can use it for the e-mail validation purposes. Check META-INF directory of jsf-impl.jar
