How to resume the process instance ?

how to resume the process instance that is started before system crashes?

e.g. instance the process was waiting to finish at Timer Event. (jBPM 5)

If you have a persitent setup, reloading of a session and firing of events shall resume execution of all process instances.

However, we have discovered is that if the timer has expired during shutdown time, it will not be re-executed, see the Jboss restart test case in this thread: http://community.jboss.org/thread/166141 .

This unfortunate 'feature' shall probably reported as JBPM5 bug.
