Rich Datatable filter issue ?

Hi,

I am using rich datatable for display purposes ? . In one column of the datatable , i am using filterby and filter event attributes . In filter even i am using "onkeyup" value . In the data table i am having 6 columns . SO when i filter data based on one column i getting the expected result , but the response is too slow and confusing for the end user .

Is there a way where i can quicken up this filtering so as to meet the user expected speed ?

as any issues related to performance your issue should provide more info. We do not know anything about content in your table, rows number and so on.  Besides ideally you should check the server log with phase tracker and client log with a4j:log in order to see the clean picture of where the time consumption occurs.
