Hi everybody,

How to handle Ajax failure with A4J and RichFaces 4

eg : server error or connection time out.

Hi,

a4j:ajax has attribute onerror in which you can set a JavaScript function that will be called on error, e.g.:

<a4j:ajax event="..." render="..." execute="..." onerror="alert(event.description)"/>
