Rich editor inside a modal panel

Hi I have a problem if I add a rich editor inside a modal panel.
Every field inside the modal panel became read only.
I'm using rich faces 3.3.0 GA, in a tomcat environment with ie 6.0
Any suggestion?

Anyway everythings works fine with this fragment:
<rich:editor id="note" value="#{SearchResultUtenti.note}" >
</rich:editor>

but with this fragment:
<rich:editor id="note" value="#{SearchResultUtenti.note}" theme="advanced">
<f:param name="theme_advanced_toolbar_location" value="top" />
</rich:editor>
the problems remains.
We solved anyway
