How to run AS7 as a windows service?

What is the recommended way of running my AS7 standalone as a Windows Service?

I see that previous version of AS came with "service.bat" however this is missing from AS7.

I am looking for instructions that will work with WIN2K8 SP1 (if that matters)

Thank you Jaikiran, I will give it a go. I have also found some references to http://runasservice.sourceforge.net/

It seems odd to me that the service.bat tool was removed from AS6. Anyone know why?
