JBOSS 4.2.2.GA in windows server 2008/64bit

I am trying to install JBOSS 4.2.2.GA in Windows server 2008,  i was working with the it sucefully in server 2003. in server 2008

1. When i double click on run.bat it just dissapears
2. i select run.bat, Right clikck-->Run As Administrator, still it pops up and dissapears immediatel
3. i open a windows command prompt (admin prompt), traverse to the install path and run as run.bat -c <hostname> still won't work
4. i open a windows command prompt (admin prompt), traverse to the install path and run -b 0.0.0.0<hostname>, still no chance

This is the AS7 area so you might want to re-post there with the following information:

1. output from cmd when you run the command

2. any output from boot and server logs
